Oh and my strumming is : DDUUDU-repeat twice per chord(during verses only.I tend to improvise during the chorus and some other parts)

I dont have a strumming pattern, i just do it depending on the way it sounds, but i think C#m is wrong, i use a different chorde and its much simpler but sounds just as good
every body says c#m is wrong but i think its still works fine, i dont see a difference

this song is the best song to learn on the uke
to be the same as the orginal u need to tune to B. i know the C#m quite difficult to play
What chord do you guys use instead of C#m? I played it that way and I thought it sounded fine.

try it in the key of D. D ,A, Dfm, G. The minor definately works even in the key of E

Hey guys, those of you who are saying C#m is wrong, instead of playing it like its written at the top, bar the 4th and play an Am. It’s still C#m, but a whole lot easier!

hi um i think the c#m is sopoused to be a Db please check your keys
C# and Db are enharmonically the same note, but Db has no function in the key of E Major. Db would lead down to a C, which is not in the key. The use of a Db in the key of E would be a pretty severe modulation.
it’s much easier if you’re using standard tuning to play C, G, Am and F
