First Position Minor Chords

by Pete · 1 comment

After the major chords the minor chords must be the most frequently used chords. When working out a song, if the major chord doesn’t sound right, I usually try either the relative minor or the minor alternative. Minor chords contain the at least one of the first, third and fifth note of the minor scale (also known as the minor triad). There are many different variations of these chords but I will show you the ones I use.
